Rodney Gibbs

Rodney Gibbs is a retired Firefighter/Paramedic with 29 years of dedicated public service and
emergency medical experience. Throughout his career, he served his community with
professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to helping others during their greatest times of
need.

Rodney was previously a volunteer Firefighter and EMT-Paramedic with local departments and
he served as President of the MidCoast EMS Council, where he worked to support collaboration,
education, and advancement within Maine’s EMS system.

In addition to his public service career, Rodney owns and operates a home-based automotive
repair and restoration business, combining technical expertise with a passion for craftsmanship
and problem-solving.

As a Board Member of Honor Flight of Maine, Rodney is honored to support the organization’s
mission of recognizing and celebrating the sacrifices of America’s veterans. He is committed to
ensuring that veterans receive the gratitude and respect they have earned through their service to our nation.

When not volunteering or working in his shop, Rodney enjoys hunting, fishing, boating,
camping, and spending time at camp with his wife, dogs, family and friends.
