From there they'll board a commercial flight (Southwest Airlines) down to Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and spend 2 nights. Friday afternoon upon arrival, they will enjoy a flag presentation at the historic Ft. McHenry. Dinner will be provided at Ft. Meade at the lovely Club Meade Officers Club. After we will proceed to our hotel for a restful night's sleep. Saturday morning, after a wonderful breakfast buffet, you will tour the memorials in Washington D.C., then back to the hotel for a wonderful dinner. Sunday morning, breakfast at the hotel, bus ride to BWI, flight back up to PWM where you'll be met by your family and friends for a "Welcome Home" reception!

What is the cost to a WWII Veteran? ABSOLUTELY FREE! Since it's creation in 2004, Honor Flight has transported over 250,000 Veterans to experience their long-awaited National Memorials and not one of them has ever paid a penny!
